1.  Yummy Spinach Salad

Once your kids have this salad, they will surely start liking spinach for its unique taste.

Ingredients

  • Blanched and chopped spinach
  • Dry garlic powder
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Olive oil for seasoning
  • Sliced onions
  • Avocado
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Diced cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with some cheese.
  • Add the dressing of some olive oil, garlic powder, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add salt and pepper if necessary and toss the salad together before serving.

Method
